Unic Espresso is seeking a full-time Administrative Manager at our USA branch.

Unic is an international manufacturer of commercial espresso machines. We are a 99-year-old family-owned company based in Nice, France. We produce a full range of equipment from high-end home units to fully automatic commercial machines. Our small Lynnwood branch serves as a distribution and support hub for all of North America.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail. A well-organized and reliable team player with a capacity to multitask. The person in this position works under the USA Operations Manager and is responsible to our CFO in France. There will be opportunity for advancement and increasing levels of responsibility for the right candidate.

Duties

  • Handle accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Manage our banks accounts, reconcile accounts and company credit cards
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly Excise tax filings
  • Manage and reconcile employee expense reports.
  • Maintain Cash Flow, Sales, and Shipping reports
  • Generate monthly sales reports
  • Maintain Customer and Vendor accounts
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contact.

This position will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, providing the necessary information to our payroll provider, and will serve as the point of contact for employee benefits.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of human resources and regulations
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and positive team player

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
