HERE IS THE TYPE OF PERSON I’M LOOKING FOR!

NO DRAMA- LOYAL, ETHICAL, FAST, DETAILED AND PRECISE…and I need you to keep up the pace! You work on 3 different things at once because otherwise you feel like you're slacking off.

You're fast on your feet and can quickly change direction on a dime if the situation dictates.

SOMEONE WHO CAN TAKE CONTROL: I need somebody that is persistent and get things done without you coming off rude but not afraid to pick up the phone and follow up until done. You will be the overseer of order!

You are Cognizant with an EIDETIC memory or that of an ELEPHANT! I work so fast I forget stuff all the time. You will be my living breathing memory bank, and you may attend meetings on my behalf from time to time.

You absolutely RESPECT and ADMIRE what you do. Your focus needs to be on getting the job done - not getting the job done before the whistle blows. Heck, there isn't a whistle anyway. (I'm a family woman so that's also important HOWEVER sometimes I must sit and finish something after everyone is asleep so that I can push on our goals and deadlines... so you may also have to do the same). This will only happen on occasion, not all the time or most of the time.

You can tolerate ME! To be clear - I'm a great person, nice, generous, positive, but you also must be able to deal with me giving you limited direction. I want to be able to tell you what I need done and then have you lay out a detailed plan on how you intend to tackle it…and then you off to the races.

You have truly ASTONISHING attention to detail. I'm a visionary and BIG picture thinker. Right now, I’m being bogged down by the details and need a rock star to drive this for me, so I can get back to working “ON” the business versus “IN” the business.

I will give you an idea of what I want done and the outcome and you'll need to be able to figure out the details of getting it done. I need you to be detailed to the point of being anal retentive. And, I need correspondence, emails, schedules, to all be as perfect as possible. So, you must be uber-accurate with these and other details. You also HATE a messy desk or office.

You are a DIAMOND. Diamonds are created under pressure - and you'll find yourself in plenty of situations where you need to be lighting fast, ultra-accurate and perfect, all in a very short space of time.

Multi-tasking and organizational skills. You'll be working on several different projects at once, I need someone who can set priorities and not afraid to tell me “this is not a good idea for the business” You are a follow up/ follow through King or queen- you are the type to leverage systems to ensure next action follow up dates are followed up on like clockwork.

KEEP THINGS MOVING IN AN ORGANIZED MANNER- Know where everything else is and when I need it I can easily find it.

Top notch teamwork, communication skills, and attitude. My team runs like a well-oiled machine because everyone pulls together and has a great attitude. Anyone who isn't a team player will very quickly find themselves on the outside.

Able to conduct research and provide results. Comfortable making a lot of phone calls and book appointments. Organize events and communicate with vendors.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Computer Literate: You MUST be VERY VERY VERY computer literate....Our entire businesses use a lot of technology.... that means that you must feel comfortable figuring things out when it comes to software and things on the web. More details about this further down the page.

You LOVE checklists: Your first instinct the moment you have a project in your hand is to create a checklist. You love guidelines and having everything spelled out in detail. You love organization and making sure that everything is exactly where it needs to be?

You should be a great typist - If you're only typing at 30 words per minute. then that's going to slow us down.

Pleasing personality - you'll be interacting with clients, customers, and various business partners. So, having a pleasing personality is a MUST. That means you're outgoing and positive when on the phone with people (just like me).

HERE’S A SMALL SAMPLE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

EMAIL INBOX: If you have an inbox overflowed with hundreds of unread emails then this position is likely not for you. This is because eventually you'll also oversee reading all my incoming emails, tagging the critical ones that I should look at and handling the rest of them.

CALENDER MANAGEMENT: You'll oversee managing all appointments for me during the day, dealing with the back and forth scheduling, handling cancellations, Ensure I have all meeting info (agenda, time zone, directions, other person's bio, etc.) so I can open appointment and GO!

SYSTEMS: Creating systems, checklists workflows and templates: You'll be figuring out how to do things and once figured out you'll be writing procedures and organizing them inside of our dropbox account. You will ensure that files get name according to our standard protocol and then filed to the proper location in our online storage.

PERSONAL ITEMS: You'll also need to help me with personal items. Perhaps I need help in booking a vacation and need tickets, hotels and research to make it all work. I may need to coordinate handyman and delivery people locally. Perhaps I need to find and ship gifts for clients or friends.

Writing: Helping me in my real estate writing materials from blogs, articles to long books–

MARKETING: You'll be helping me with marketing: you will work through 3rd party vendors and virtual assistants to execute our marketing plan. You'll create marketing pieces and be deeply involved with launching a lot of new marketing ideas both on and off line.

You'll be a part of my business and personal life. I'll be relying on you to keep things running as I run my businesses, and you'll quickly become the most important person in my organization. As such trust is HUGE for me.

Finally, even with all of the detail I've shared about, I'm really looking for someone who thinks methodically and strategically enough to where they could sit down with me and identify how I can become more productive.

Does Your Geographic Location Matter?

The location does matter I would like it if you were within 30 minutes from downtown Orlando east bound.

YOUR SCHEDULE

You'll be working from our Orlando, FL executive suite office, 85% of the time, so you'll need to be a self-motivated rock star who takes pride in their work, and work-ethic.

This is not a 9-5 company. We are very flexible with when you can come in and leave - Just don't be a clock watcher. Come in attack the day and get results and work until the job or project at hand is done.

I have no desire to Micro- manage you or your schedule. Your performance is judged strictly by your results.

COMPENSATION

You'll start with 30 hrs. a week with an expected workload of 8 hours a day except one day. On occasion we might have to grind to get the job done.

I’m super flexible, for example, if you need to take off to go with your child on a school field trip or a dentist appointment, no problem.

At the same time, once in a blue moon, I might ask for you to stay past 5 to crank something out.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND WITHOUT SUPERVISION.

The range of pay for this position is very generous. Plus I love giving gifts and bonuses for doing outstanding work. It is up to you.
