The Administrative Assistant serves as the liaison between dealership personnel and internal team members; creating documents using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Publisher, and Outlook. You will create and prepare documents using Constant Contact, KPI statistical reports, databases, handle support requests, prepare agendas and perform clerical functions such as writing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. You are a critical component of the team to keep things moving forward, streamlined and organised.

Minimum of 2 years' office experience with MS Office at an advanced level
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant

Ability to work as a team member and interact with other departments
Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines
